Natuurlijk kan je altijd van gedachten veranderen, nadat je bij ons op de website wat hebt gekocht. 

Hou hierbij dan wel rekening met de retourregels: 

  • Retouren moet binnen 30 dagen aangemeld bij ons, maar ook bij ons binnen zijn. Hou hier rekening mee met verzenden.  
  • Kleding mag niet gedragen zijn, geen kreukels in de knieschijven en de ellebogen, en zorg ervoor dat je voordat je gaat passen geen creme op je lichaam smeert of deodorant spuit, dit kan vlekken achterlaten op de kleding. Stuur het ook terug in de geleverde verpakking ( plastic ). Ook bij vieze geuren, wordt het product niet retour genomen. 
  • Als het product verpakt is in plastic, om de items bij elkaar te houden, maak dan niet het plastic kapot, dan kan het niet teruggestuurd worden.
  • De retourkosten zijn voor jezelf. Voordat je je retour opstuurt, neem contact met ons op en stuur ons de track&trace code toe. Zo kan je ook zien of het product bij ons afgeleverd is. Je geld wordt binnen 3 werkdagen teruggestort. Je kan een email sturen naar: byMND_@hotmail.com. Je kan natuurlijk ook een berichtje sturen op onze instagram ( ByMND_). 
  • Producten mogen niet gebruikt, kapot of beschadigd zijn. 
  • Voor de toners, de seal op het plastic mag niet kapot gemaakt zijn. Op deze manier kunnen wij zien dat het product niet gebruikt is. 
  • Mocht je nog vragen hebben, laat het ons alsjeblieft weten.

Make sure you do follow the following rules: 

  • Returns must be registered with us within 30 days, but also received by us. Please take this into account when sending back your return. 
  • Clothes need to be unworn, no wrinkles in the knees or the elbows, and make sure you don't use cream or deodorant before you put on the clothes, because they can leave stains. Also, return in the delivered package (plastic). Also when the product is smelling bad, it will not be taken back. 
  • If the product was packed in plastic, holding the items together, the plastic cannot be broken and then be sent back. 
  • Return costs are on you. Before you want to return you item, contact us and send us the track & trace code of the package. This way you can always see if the product has been delivered back to us. The money will be wired back within max 3 workdays. You can send an email to: byMND_@hotmail.com. Offcourse you can also leave us a message on our instagram ( ByMND_)
  • Items cannot be used or broken, or damaged. 
  • For the toners, the seal from the plastic is not allowed to be broken. This way we can see that the product has not been used.
